This DMCA notice explains how copyright owners may report content they believe infringes United States copyright law.
DALVirtual respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on DALVirtual websites, systems, or community spaces infringes your copyright, you may send a takedown notice with the information below.
DMCA takedown notice
A notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including enough information for DALVirtual to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal court.
Repeat infringement
DALVirtual may restrict or remove users who repeatedly upload or share infringing content.
